These changes stem from a comprehensive seven-month operational review and cost optimization initiative led by outgoing BYJU'S India CEO Arjun Mohan.

Additionally, Byju Raveendran will take a more active role in guiding the company's daily operations during this new phase. Mohan, meanwhile, will transition into an external advisory position, leveraging his extensive expertise in the edtech sector to support the company and its founders during this transformative period.

Over the past four years, Raveendran has primarily focused on strategic endeavors such as fundraising and driving global expansion.
