Karan Johar, in a recent AMA session on Threads, candidly addresses his sexual orientation, expressing regret and revealing his Bollywood crush.

On Threads, Karan Johar was seen covering a range of topics including his personal strengths, and regrets, and was even sharing details about his crush.

Renowned filmmaker Karan Johar, like numerous other celebrities, recently participated in Threads. On Saturday, During his session titled 'Ask Karan Anything,' he openly answered on being put up questions about his sexual orientation, industry crush, regrets, and expectations, as well as queries concerning his work and personal life. 

Nowadays, Karan is eagerly waiting for the release of his upcoming film "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani” and remains actively engaged with his fans and followers.

Karan on Threads

Karan Johar connected with the audience through, "AKA! Ask Karan Anything!!! Happy to answer legit questions that make me gush and blush, not flush!  Where he was available for 10 minutes.

Just after posting this note, a user directly asked him, "You are gay, right?" In response, Karan replied, "You're interested?"

Also, the  filmmaker was also asked  about his biggest regret, to which he replied, "I never got to work with and direct my favourite actor, Sridevi Ma'am." Furthermore, someone asked him about his Bollywood crush, to which Karan's reply was simply, "Uh..."

Karan also revealed that his "thick skin" has been his greatest strength. Another query posed to him was, "Will there be a future collaboration between Dharma and SRK?" Karan playfully responded with, "Ask me no secrets, I will tell you no lies."

Regarding the possibility of collaborating with Salman, Karan refrained from sharing much in response to the question.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

Karan Johar was  currently swamped with promotional activities for his next film, "Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani." This movie marks his directorial comeback after a hiatus of more than six years. The lead roles are played by Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, reuniting onscreen following the success of their previous collaboration, "Gully Boy."

 The story revolves around a whimsical love tale between individuals from different communities., Joining the cast of reputed actors Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra.

"Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani" was rumoured to feature cameo appearances by Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor. Additionally, Ananya Panday has already confirmed her special appearance in the film. Although initial reports speculated Shah Rukh Khan's potential involvement in a cameo, Karan later clarified this matter that the film is all set to release in theatres on July 28.
