The latest song "Zinda Banda" from Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie "Jawahn" has garnered attention for its distinction as the most expensive song in Indian cinema. Since its release, people have been enthusiastically dancing to its vibrant rhythms and thoroughly enjoying the experience. This new track boasts a remarkable ensemble of 1000 female dancers and was created with a substantial budget of Rs 15 crore. The song's announcement instantly captured the public's interest and was acclaimed as the most costly musical production in Indian film history. Nevertheless, another song featuring megastar Rajinikanth surpasses the record set by this latest track.

In India, it's common to see movies being created with massive budgets, and allocating significant funds to individual songs is also a regular practice. Numerous songs have been produced with astonishingly high costs, but none can outshine Rajinikanth's song from 2.0. Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan" song, titled "Zinda Banda," claims the second spot on the list with an expense of 15 crores. This achievement surpasses the expenditure on S Shankar's movie song "Ajooba" and the popular track "Oo Antava" from "Pushpa." The top position for the most expensive song in Indian cinema is secured by "Yanthara Lokapu Sundarive," featured in Rajinikanth's film "2.0."

Rajinikanth's Tamil-language sci-fi fantasy drama, "2.0," holds the distinction of being the most expensive film in the industry. Helmed by director S Shankar, the movie was created with a staggering budget of Rs 543 crore. Among its notable features is a song that claims the record for the most expensive song. A substantial investment of Rs 20 crore was dedicated to crafting the song "Yanthara Lokapu Sundarive" within "2.0," thereby earning it the title of India's most costly song. "2.0," which also stars Akshay Kumar, serves as the sequel to the 2010 film "Robot."
