The sudden and tragic demise of Nitin Desai has sent shockwaves through the film industry. Reports indicate that he took his own life. Nitin Desai's lifeless body was discovered at ND Studio, his creative space situated in Karjat, Raigad district, approximately 80 km from Mumbai. The authorities transported his remains to JJ Hospital for further examination in the postmortem process.

The inquiry into his passing remains ongoing, with authorities confiscating several items found at the scene, such as mobile phones and electronic devices, for additional scrutiny. Statements from Desai's caretaker and driver have been collected as part of the investigative process.
