Continuously monitoring passenger demand through various channels such as media reports, social media platforms, and helpline services, the ministry remains vigilant in dynamically adjusting the number of trains and trips throughout the season. Apart from expanding train services, the ministry has instructed zonal railways to ensure the availability of drinking water at railway stations and has implemented comprehensive crowd control measures to efficiently manage passenger flow. With the deployment of Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel and the coordination of Government Railway Police (GRP) and RPF at foot-over bridges, Indian Railways aims to offer a secure and comfortable travel experience for all passengers during the summer season.
