Vedanta Ltd, led by Anil Agarwal, reported a 27.2% decrease in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,369 crore for the March quarter, as disclosed in a filing to the BSE. This marks a decline from the Rs 1,881 crore net profit posted in the same period last year. Additionally, the company's consolidated income for the January-March period decreased to Rs 36,093 crore from Rs 38,635 crore in the corresponding period last year.
