Tech Mahindra, Atento join hands to offer GenAI-powered services.

Tech Mahindra, an IT company, announced on Tuesday its collaboration with Atento, a Spain-based company specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and business transformation outsourcing (BTO) in Latin America. Together, they aim to offer generative AI-powered solutions and services to enterprises worldwide.

According to a statement by the company, this partnership will facilitate the delivery of complete business transformation solutions and services, incorporating Generative AI-powered technologies. Additionally, it will include customer experience (CX) consulting for clients across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Furthermore, the collaboration will extend a wide range of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions and services in over 50 languages.
