Greaves Electric Mobility unveils e-scooter Ampere Nexus at ₹1.09 lakh.

Greaves Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd, the e-mobility division of Greaves Cotton Ltd, has introduced its latest family electric scooter, the Ampere Nexus, priced at Rs 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom) in Chennai.

The launch event was presided over by Executive Director and CEO K. Vijaya Kumar. Following the launch, the Ampere Nexus will be available at 11 Ampere touchpoints across Chennai, according to a company statement on Saturday.

The scooter, fully designed and developed at the company's factory in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, boasts 30 percent extra battery life and a mid-mount powerful drive. It is offered at Rs 1,09,900 (ex-showroom) and comes in four colors: Zanskar Aqua, Indian Red, Lunar White, and Steel Grey, the statement added.
