The apartment, which also included three parking spaces, is situated in Raheja Atlantis in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Developed by Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd, Raheja Atlantis is a gated community comprising three towers with over 300 units in 2-6 BHK configurations. Currently, each unit is valued at over ₹5 crore, based on public data. The sale, finalized on August 17, 2024, attracted a stamp duty of ₹35 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, with Vaishali Pankaj Samdhani listed as the buyer.
