Actor and producer Aftab Shivdasani has sold a 1,304-square-foot residential property in Mumbai for ₹7 crore, according to property registration documents obtained from Zapkey.com. The apartment, which also included three parking spaces, is situated in Raheja Atlantis in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Developed by Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd, Raheja Atlantis is a gated community comprising three towers with over 300 units in 2-6 BHK configurations. Currently, each unit is valued at over ₹5 crore, based on public data. The sale, finalized on August 17, 2024, attracted a stamp duty of ₹35 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, with Vaishali Pankaj Samdhani listed as the buyer.
