Ola Electric Mobility Ltd has announced that its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Pramendra Tomar, will resign effective October 1, 2024. Tomar, who joined the company in 2022, cited personal reasons and commitments for his departure. With over 23 years of experience in corporate law and company secretarial roles, his exit comes at a difficult time for the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer.
