Actor Shruti Haasan recently took to social media to voice her frustration with an airline after enduring a four-hour flight delay without any updates. She urged them to improve their communication with passengers.

On X (formerly Twitter), she expressed her dissatisfaction, stating, “I’m not usually one to complain, but @IndiGo6E you’ve really outdone yourselves with the chaos today. We’ve been stuck at the airport for four hours with no information—maybe you could find a better way to keep your passengers informed? We need information, courtesy, and clarity.” Her post garnered attention, with many users retweeting it and criticizing the airline’s customer service.

In response, IndiGo explained that the delay was due to weather conditions in Mumbai, which impacted the arrival of the aircraft. They expressed regret for the inconvenience, saying, “Ms. Haasan, we sincerely apologize for the delay. We understand how frustrating extended wait times can be. The weather in Mumbai is affecting operations, and our team is doing their best to assist and ensure passenger comfort.”
