Rajiv Bajaj's Rishabh Family Trust has acquired a prime property in Pune’s Koregaon Park for ₹72 crore.
The real estate sector remains a hotbed of activity for corporates, with this latest deal adding to the growing trend. According to prop-tech platform Square Yards, Rajiv Bajaj, Chairman, MD, and CEO of Bajaj Auto, through his Rishabh Family Trust (with Rajivnayan Bajaj as one of its trustees), has acquired a prime land parcel in Pune’s upscale Koregaon Park area for ₹72 crore. The purchase includes a 4,667.30-square-meter (around 1.15-acre) plot, featuring a bungalow and an outhouse, with a total built-up area of 1,493.70 square meters (approximately 16,079.68 square feet).
As per Square Yards, the transaction, executed under the Rishabh Family Trust, was signed by Deepa Bajaj, wife of Rajivnayan Bajaj. The deal, registered in December 2024, incurred a stamp duty of ₹5.04 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to documents reviewed by Square Yards.
Koregaon Park is well-known for its luxury homes, trendy cafes, boutique stores, and vibrant lifestyle, making it a highly sought-after location for premium real estate investments. Its central location, proximity to Pune’s airport, and excellent connectivity only add to its appeal.
Bajaj Auto, with a market capitalization of around ₹2.5 lakh crore, continues to be a significant player in India’s corporate landscape.
