While the two have been seen together at private gatherings, they have kept their relationship low-key and haven't publicly confirmed or denied the news. While Mahira Khan has maintained her privacy regarding her love life, she did share thoughts about rediscovering love. She referenced a memorable line from the show "Humsafar," where a character expresses a similar sentiment, saying, "'Pata nahi tum mujhe kis naiki kay badly main miley ho' (I don’t know what goodness I did to deserve you). I think the same about him." This insight was shared by the actress in an interview.

Mahira Khan was previously married to Ali Askari. Their relationship reportedly began when they met at Indus Studios during her visit to Los Angeles in 2006. Their fondness for each other grew, leading to their decision to tie the knot. Mahira, at the age of 23, married Ali in 2007.
