Dune 2 box office collection: Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya's film earns ₹7 cr.

Dune Part Two is gaining traction in the Indian box office, with the Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya-led film showing promising results within two days. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie garnered Rs 3.66 crore on Saturday, following an opening day collection of Rs 2.75 crore in India.

With limited paid previews on Thursday, the film has accumulated a two-day total of Rs 7.11 crore net nationwide. Saturday's figures, reflecting a 33 percent surge from the opening day, suggest the film's resonance with its intended audience. It is anticipated that the film's total earnings will surpass the double-digit milestone by the end of the opening weekend.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve, the sequel to the 2021 Dune is the second part of a two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert's 1965 novel of the same title. Dune Part Two has asserted itself as the premier blockbuster of the year.
