He countered, "Wasn't democracy under threat during the Emergency?" Modi celebrated the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, declaring that Lord Ram would no longer be housed in a tent but in the grand temple, coinciding with the Hindu festival of Ram Navami.

Turning his attention to the Congress party, Modi criticized their refusal to attend the temple's consecration, accusing them of being anti-Sanatan and aligning with groups opposing traditional values. He further rebuked Congress for opposing the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), alleging political motivations rather than genuine concern for marginalized communities. "Congress opposes CAA because it benefits Dalits," Modi claimed, assuring that all CAA beneficiaries would receive citizenship under his leadership.
