Dell Unveils New Latitude, Precision Laptops With AI Features In India
Dell introduces AI-powered laptops in India, enhancing productivity and performance for business professionals.
Dell has recently launched a new range of PCs in India, including the Latitude 9450 2-in-1, the Latitude 5450 business laptop, the Latitude 7350 Detachable, and the Precision 5490, all featuring AI capabilities. These laptops are designed to enhance productivity and collaboration in the hybrid work era. The Latitude 9450 2-in-1 is targeted towards executives, sales professionals, and consultants, boasting a 16:10 InfinityEdge QHD+ display and innovative features such as Dell’s Zero-Lattice Keyboard and Haptic Collaboration Touchpad. It is priced starting at Rs 2,60,699. The Latitude 7350 Detachable is branded as the globe's "most adaptable commercial detachable," featuring a 3k resolution display and Dell’s ComfortViewPlus technology to mitigate the negative impacts of blue light. This versatile 2-in-1 device is priced starting at Rs 1,73,999. The Latitude 5450, part of Dell's 5000 series, incorporates up to 19% recycled materials and runs on Intel Core Ultra U series processors. It is available starting at Rs 1,10,999. The Precision 5490 features a 14-inch InfinityEdge display that supports touch and has a 16:10 aspect ratio. Dell claims it offers AI-enhanced upgrades designed to enhance user productivity. This laptop is available starting at Rs 2,19,999. Indrajit Belgundi, Senior Director and General Manager, Client Solutions Group, Dell Technologies India, stated that Dell's commercial PCs have been fueling transformation for decades, and the advancements in AI capabilities in the latest generation of devices will help customer’s workforce a leg up on the competition to lead their industry into the AI era. He added that the new Latitude and Precisions deliver AI-enhanced productivity and collaboration for business professionals in the hybrid work era. Some of these laptops will feature integrated multi-processor packages with CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs that can offload work to xPU, an AI engine, enabling better performance along with longer battery life. Some models also feature a Copilot Key for instant access to the Microsoft AI chatbot. Overall, Dell's new range of laptops with AI features aims to provide business professionals with the tools they need to succeed in the evolving work environment.
