Oberoi Realty experienced a 53% decline in sales bookings, amounting to ₹4,007 crore in the previous fiscal year due to a higher baseline. In the fiscal year 2022–23, Mumbai-based Oberoi Realty achieved sales bookings of ₹8,572 crore, which dropped from ₹3,889 crore in 2021–22.

According to a regulatory filing made on Saturday, Oberoi Realty disclosed that it successfully sold 228 units, generating ₹1,775 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year. This accounted for a total of 4.49 lakh square feet of carpet area sold. Throughout the entire fiscal year of 2023–24, Oberoi Realty managed to sell 705 units, accumulating ₹4,007 crore in sales. The total carpet area booked during the last fiscal year amounted to 10.76 lakh square feet.

Oberoi Realty stands as a prominent real estate developer in the nation, specializing in the development of luxury and ultra-luxury residential projects.
