SIAM reports that the Auto Expo will feature the largest-ever participation from vehicle manufacturers.
The upcoming Auto Expo 2025 will feature the highest-ever participation from 34 vehicle manufacturers, showcasing advanced technologies in various powertrains.
The upcoming edition of the Auto Expo will feature 34 vehicle manufacturers, marking the highest number of participants in the event's history since its inception in 1986. Organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the 17th edition of Auto Expo, titled The Motor Show, will take place from January 17-22 at Bharat Mandapam, under the umbrella of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, in collaboration with ACMA and CII.
According to SIAM Director General Rajesh Menon, the exhibition will showcase various technologies across multiple powertrains, with around 34 vehicle manufacturers participating. This record participation includes major automakers such as Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Hyundai Motor India, Kia Motor India, JSW MG Motor, and Skoda Auto Volkswagen India. Luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes, Porsche India, and BYD will also exhibit their products.
In the two-wheeler category, leading manufacturers like TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Suzuki Motorcycle, and Yamaha India will participate. Commercial vehicle manufacturers such as Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Ashok Leyland, JBM, and Cummins India will also be part of the event.
Menon also highlighted the participation of electric vehicle makers, including Ather Energy, TI Clean Mobility, Eka Mobility, Ola Electric, and Vinfast. SIAM will set up thematic pavilions focusing on decarbonization, circularity, electrification, and road safety.
The Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 will be held at Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Center) Dwarka, and India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, from January 17-22. The last Auto Expo took place from January 11-18, 2023, at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, while the inaugural Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 was held from February 1-3.
