SRH cricketer to be questioned in model Tania Singh's death case.

Tania Singh, aged 28, was discovered hanging from the ceiling of her apartment in the Vesu area of the city on Monday. With no suicide note recovered at the scene, investigators have been diligently assembling clues to unravel the circumstances surrounding her demise.

Assistant Commissioner of Police VR Malhotra stated, "We have discovered thus far that Abhishek Sharma had a friendship with the deceased model. Further details will emerge as the investigation progresses."

Authorities are now focusing on verifying the Call Detail Records (CDR) and IP Detail Record (IPDR) data from Singh’s phone. Preliminary investigations indicate that the model had sent Sharma a message via WhatsApp, which went unanswered.

"After verification, individuals whose names surface during the process may be called upon to provide statements, if necessary," added ACP Malhotra.

A case of accidental death has been filed at Vesu police station, and investigations are ongoing.
